Shipping Coverage
We ship to all 50 United States. Free standard shipping is included on all orders to the lower 48 contiguous United States with no minimum order required.
Additional shipping charges may apply to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- International destinations
- APO/FPO addresses
- Oversized or freight shipments

Processing Time
In-stock orders placed before 3:00 PM CST Monday–Friday ship the same business day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Certain products may require additional processing time due to:
- Inventory availability
- Manufacturer lead times
- Large quantity orders
- Special-order items
Shipping Methods
We ship using trusted carriers including:
- UPS
- FedEx
- USPS
- Freight carriers for oversized items
Shipping methods and carriers may vary depending on product size, weight, destination, and availability.
Estimated Delivery Times
Most orders delivered within the lower 48 contiguous United States arrive within 1-10 business days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Chili Electronics is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Events beyond our control
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped. Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status and ensuring secure delivery at the destination.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Please inspect all packages upon delivery. If a shipment arrives damaged, contact Chili Electronics within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:
- The outer packaging
- The shipping label
- The product damage
Claims reported after this period may be denied by the carrier. For lost shipments, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Additional fees may apply for:
- Address corrections
- Returned shipments due to incorrect address
- Re-delivery attempts
Signature Requirements
Certain high-value orders may require an adult signature upon delivery for security purposes. You will be notified if your order requires a signature.
