At Chili Electronics, customer satisfaction is our priority. Chili, Inc., doing business as Chili Electronics, is an independent reseller of professional security, surveillance, and networking equipment, backed by reliable customer support.
Return Eligibility
Most new, unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return:
- Products must be in new, unopened condition and in original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, hardware, and components must be included
- Products must not show signs of installation, use, modification, or physical damage
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been installed, used, or modified
- Special-order items
- Customized or programmed products
- Software licenses or activated software
- Clearance or final-sale items
Return Authorization (RMA)
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before returning any item. Do not ship any return without an approved RMA number — unauthorized returns may be refused.

RMA numbers are typically issued within 1–2 business days. Upon approval, you will receive your RMA number along with return shipping instructions and the return address.
Return Shipping
Chili Electronics provides free return shipping on all approved returns within the 30-day return window, including change-of-mind returns on new, unopened products in original condition.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect shipments, please notify Chili Electronics within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging, shipping label, and damage so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
You will be notified by email once your return has been received and your refund has been processed.
Exchanges & Warranty Support
Defective or damaged products may qualify for replacement or exchange in accordance with the applicable manufacturer's warranty.
